What Next?

Hoped for future projects in Pucklechurch will include the following:

Surveys of the traditionally placed medieval palace of King Edmund

A survey of the recreation ground for evidence of ancient settlement in the village.

Further field walking exercises with the children at Pucklechurch Primary School who are involved in the Archaeology Club.

Walking Trails will be organised for the community throughout the village and parish.

Further research for Oral Histories from members of the village who would like to contribute their own memories of Pucklechurch's past.

Newsletters will be produced providing information on the progress of the project and its results.
