Face to Face Support

Talking with an advisor in person about problems and issues is felt to be an important aspect of advice giving. Currently advice is given through drop-ins or booked appointments with an advisor and in some situations home visits are provided. However, these traditional means of delivery may not always suit and be accessible to everyone seeking support.

Q3 Please select from this list any other methods of advice delivery you think could be included in the future?

Advice Sessions

These are currently provided across the Priority Neighbourhoods (Cadbury Heath, Filton, Kingswood, Patchway, Staple Hill, Staple Hill and Yate/Doddington), on Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons for a minimum of three hours each.
