Draft Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy Consultation Survey
|
Good health and wellbeing is fundamental to enable us to live a fulfilled life and play an active role in our communities. Building on strong existing partnerships to promote health, the new South Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing Board is leading on developing a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy for the next three years, based on key priorities.
To inform the emerging Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy, we first carried out a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) to provide a picture of local current and future health needs and inform our plans for future health and social care in South Gloucestershire. |
The consultation on the emerging themes and priorities for the Health and Wellbeing Strategy will run from 15 February to the 15 May 2013.
We welcome your feedback.
