Public Website Improvements
The council offers all our customers a choice of ways to contact us, including telephone, post, email, in person and through the internet.  We are looking to improve our website (www.southglos.gov.uk) so that you can find information easier and will be introducing improved online transactional services e.g. reporting a problem, paying for a service etc.  
We want to hear your views on our current website as this will help inform some of the decisions around how our new website will work.  Your feedback is extremely important to us so we would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes completing this survey.
